by installing offline pets you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own. you may not resell it, rip it apart, or ship its assets in something else.

> WHAT IT IS NOT

offline pets is a small habit toy, not a medical device or a treatment for anything. it is not a substitute for advice from a professional.

> APP BLOCKING

blocking relies on apple's screen time framework. we cannot promise it is perfect, and you are responsible for keeping access to anything you actually need, including emergency features.

> PURCHASES

any purchases or subscriptions are handled by apple. refunds follow apple's policy, not ours. cancel any time in your app store settings.

> LIABILITY

the app is provided as is. to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost data, missed notifications, or a bad day.

> CHANGES

these terms may change as the app grows. continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
